Ballard Asphalt is a quickly growing company with a variety of opportunities for career advancement. Requirements and Duties: - Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to reliably commute to our shop located in Tea, SD. - No experience is necessary but 1 year of construction experience is preferred. - Ability to lift around 70lbs and work outdoors in hot temperatures around hot machinery and material. - Ability tocollaborate with the onsite team to completeprojects effectively and efficiently. - Cleaning and preparing construction sites. - Loading and unloading materials and equipment. - Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment. - Following instructionsand implementing construction plans. - Class A or B CDL not required but preferred.
