Job Responsibilities
+ Assist the supervisor by training, developing & instructing group of employees who load birds (bird crew) + Assist with all implementation and enforcement of all company and departmental rules, policies, and programs. + Perform all tasks efficiently while attaining standard, or better, results. + Complete all required paperwork. + Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum
Qualifications:

Must possess a current Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with no restrictions & current DOT medical exam certificate
+ Must be at least 21 years of age. + At least one year of professional driving experience. + Ability to work with minimal supervision. + No more than 1 moving violation in last 12 months, or no more than 2 moving violations in last 36 months. + No DWI offenses in last 12 months, or no more than 1 DWI offense in last 36 months + Able to lift up to 50 lbs. + Able to follow bio security guidelines. + Ability to work a varied schedule (to include evenings and weekends). + Successful candidate must be detail oriented, have well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
