We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Warehouse and Logistics professional to undertake various warehouse duties, including issuing, receiving, and delivering materials, conducting cycle counting, and addressing customer requirements.
Responsibilities encompass ensuring the safety of logistics equipment, maintaining warehouse tidiness, accurately managing material records in the OUC system, labeling items, facilitating deliveries to operational teams, replenishing free bins, and assisting with material pickups and deliveries from OUC suppliers.

This role requires flexibility to work across multiple warehouse sites (Gardenia, St.
Cloud, Stanton, Pershing) and deliver materials to diverse field locations. The ideal candidate will have:
+ High school diploma or GED. + At least six (6) months of experience in warehousing or a related field. + Must have a valid Driver’s license; Class A Florida CDL is preferred ( or completion within 6 months to 1 year of hire ) + Forklift Certification required within 60 days of employment. + Preference for candidates with a background in warehousing, electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation + Ability to operate heavy trucks, pallet jacks, wave units, forklifts, and bridge cranes + Strong customer service and communication skills. + Proficiency in barcode system skills

Salary Range:
Starting at $23.32 per hour (Estimated $48,511 annually) with a structured step progression system and performance-based pay increases every 6 months up to $28.03 (Estimated $58,310 annually)

Job Purpose:
Under direct supervision, perform all basic warehouse functions including issue, receive, pickup/deliver materials; cycle counting, work rotating shifts, call-out, cross train and support customer needs.
Primary Functions:
+ Assist on daily safety checks of all logistics equipment, i.e., trucks, forklifts, aisle stackers, etc., before operating; + Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse; + Train and learn to Issue materials into the OUC (EnterpriseOne) computer system and Barcode Scanner; + Mark and/or label materials with identifying information; + Assist in the delivery of materials to operating crews; + Assist in keeping free bins stocked to proper levels; + Assist in the pick-up / delivery of material from OUC suppliers; + Use OUC equipment for storage and retrieval of materials when accompanied by a senior Warehouse Associate; + Perform other duties as assigned.
Technical Requirements:
+ Ability to: + Be adaptable and flexible in evolving work environments; + Learn and apply safe work practices; + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; + Make arithmetic computations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals, and compute rates, ratios, and percentages; + Use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and standard office equipment (telephone, computer, copier, etc.)
Education/ Certification/ Years of Experience Requirements:
+ High school diploma or GED; + Minimum of six (6) months of warehousing or related experience; + Class A Florida CDL or completion within 6 months to 1 year of hire; + Forklift Certification required within 60 days of employment; + Warehousing, electrical, mechanical and instrumentation background, preferred; + Customer service skills, preferred; + Valid Driver’s license.

Incumbents must be willing to work extended hours when required including weekends, nights, holidays, and during storms.
Incumbents must be willing to work between Pershing, Gardenia, St.
Cloud and Stanton Energy Center locations.
Physical Requirements:
This job will consist of constant standing, walking, speaking, hearing, and detailed inspection.
This job will very frequently consist of lifting 0-20 lbs., 21-40 lbs., typing/CRT (Attention to Detail), and writing. This job will frequently consist of lifting 50 + lbs., bending/stooping, pushing, pulling, and/or digging, reaching over head, kneeling, crawling, climbing (ladders, stairs, hills).
This job will occasionally consist of sitting. This job will very frequently monitor or operate a heavy truck, fork lift, pallet jack, and bridge crane.
