With video, good truck driving events can be tracked at intervals\nthe fleet selects. Whether it be a quick reaction to a near-collision, a long\nstretch of time with no incidents, or for demonstrating great improvement,\nvideo can be an incredibly motivating tool when used properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The best and most effective video-based rewards programs\ninclude material rewards, such as trophies, certificates, or prizes, monetary\nrewards, such as checks and pay raises, and public recognition through a\nnewsletter, call, or shout-out in a safety meeting.
