The Body Shop Manager is responsible for directing an efficient, profitable, clean, safe working environment within the collision department through productive staffing, customer retention and satisfaction, technician training and quality workmanship. Ability to negotiate repair estimates and supplements with insurance companies. + Driver's license.
A commercial driver-s license (CDL) is ideal but not required. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. + A Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers License is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.
