Here are the details: Pay Rate: Drivers make $80,000 to $100,000 annually Day 1 Benefits available: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, college tuition reimbursement, and more! Pay is based on a formula, based on miles, stops, and cases.

Requirements: At least 21 years of age. Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A). At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience. Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications. Strong customer service skills. Candidates will be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
