Bolen Asphalt Paving is seeking a skilled and dependable Class A CDL Driver to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of Class A commercial vehicles, including dump trucks, flatbeds, and other heavy-duty vehicles used for transporting asphalt, equipment, and materials to and from job sites. - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition and address any mechanical issues before and after trips. - Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety standards while driving. - Safely load and unload materials, ensuring proper securement of loads for safe transport. - Maintain accurate records of trips, including delivery logs, mileage, and fuel usage. - Assist with other tasks on the job site as needed, including equipment maintenance or job site support. - Ensure the work area around vehicles and equipment is clean and safe. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. - Report any safety hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or accidents immediately to the supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. - Minimum of 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles, preferably in the construction or paving industry. - Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle operations. - Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles and heavy equipment. - Ability to load, unload, and secure materials for safe transport. - Strong commitment to safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment. - Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor when needed. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others. - Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
