START ASAP Construction Laborer

Job Description:
A construction company specializing in infrastructure projects, including civil, water/sewer, power, and communications, is looking for dependable construction laborers for a project in Western Wisconsin.
Responsibilities:
+ Gather and distribute materials to ensure the crew has everything needed. + Hand locate existing utilities. + Hand grade landscape areas and shovel dirt. + Use tools after the Operator digs the ditch line for gas mains. + Lift heavy natural gas pipelines for installation as needed. + Guide Heavy Equipment Operators away from utilities.
Essential Skills:
+ Experience in construction, farm work, field labor, concrete, landscaping, or general outdoor labor. + Experience in landscape/hardscape and farm labor. + Experience in construction, production, outdoor work, field construction, carpentry, and installation.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
+ Willingness to work outside and commit to 50-60 hours per week. + Valid Driver's License.

Work Environment:

Projects are located around the Twin Cities metro or Western Wisconsin, with travel across a five-state area.
The workday begins at 6:00-6:30 AM and can last 10-12 hours, up to 60 hours a week, weather permitting.
You will meet at the shop in the morning and travel with the crew to site locations such as Frederic, WI, Rice Lake, WI, Osceola, WI, and Balsam Lake, WI.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
