$15.40 to $23.00 per hour

Customer Service Representative

We currently have an opening in our Customer Service Department at our
Fredericksburg, PA location.
Job Description:
+ Researching/issuing debits and credits to Ace stores for returned goods and shortages/damage claims
+ Assisting retailers with order entry problems
+ Provide stock checks for Ace stores
+ Assist retailers either via email or phone
+ Maintain assigned store files
Requirements:
+ Previous customer service and data entry required
+ Good keyboard, math, 10-key experience and analytical skills a must
+ Must be able to communicate with Ace retailers to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Must be capable of managing a fluctuating workload and meeting assigned goals
+ Strong phone skills
+ Previous SAP experience helpful
