Plant, fertilize, mow and care for turf sod during the initial growing stages.
Drive forklift to stack pallets and tubes for harvesting. Harvest and deliver turf sod to various re-planting locations using CDL class trucks.
Re-plant turf sod on public or private property in a manner that ensures continued growth as the final and most important stage of sod farming.
Perform basic farm duties such as servicing equipment, post-harvest field clean-up, and general facility upkeep/maintenance. Housing is provided.
Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered.
Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
