Seeking a Fleet Diesel Mechanic B for our growing fleet shop who distribute these iconic brands. Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-2nd Shift l 3:00PM-11:30PMPay: $30.80/HR to start Perks and Benefits: + WEEKLY pay!!! + CDL Incentive Pay-Receive an additional $1.00 on hourly rate with active CDL A + ASE certification incentive pay-Receive 0.25 for every T Series ASE active certification (upto $2.00 additional pay) + Paid Time off and holiday pay + Career advancement opportunities after 6 months of employment + Health, dental, and vision coverage + Reyes Rewards and referral bonuses + Union Benefits Position Responsibilities: + The Fleet Technician focuses on the preventative maintenance of the fleet diesel equipment, identifying root causes of basic failures to perform repairs as needed + As the Fleet Technician, you will complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance + You will inspect brake systems to ensure that machines are in proper operating condition and make sure that equipment has required licensing and registration + You will use hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers and perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery + You will examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices + Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: + High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience + Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds + Must have a valid Driver’s License to operate applicable company vehicles + Must possess own tools (have minimum tool requirement) Preferred Education and Experience: + Technical School Certification Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
