Requirements: This position safely and accurately performs vehicle maintenance & repair duties in and around the shop operations and a vital role in ensuring our fleet of medium- heavy-duty trucks remain in top condition.
Job Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair automobiles, light, medium, and heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on vehicles, equipment, and facilities. Duties: Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections according to manufacturer specifications.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Replace or repair damaged or worn parts, including brakes, axles, suspension systems, and lighting. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have good written/verbal communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
Previous heavy duty repair experience, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment.
CDL is highly preferred.
Own tools and box preferred.
