Instructor, Bus Operations
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Develop, coordinate, and manage all operational training for new and current employees to maintain company standards for operating equipment, providing customer service, and regulations adherence.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelors degree in Education, Business, or related field.
Related experience may be substituted for a degree on a year for year basis up to four years. - Class B/CDL license with passenger endorsement. - Three (3) years experience delivering training programs, curriculum, and classes for a medium or large organization. - Three (3) years experience in transit environment with three (1) years of supervisory or lead experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of authority operations; safety, labor, and transit regulations; and training principles and practices. - Ability to work a varied work schedule, sometimes with minimal notice. - Ability to manage inter-departmental projects, supervise employees, develop curriculum and training materials. - Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
