HK Solutions Group is seeking Laborers/Operators to work out of our Reading, OH location. No experience required.
CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred but not required.
Year-round work.

Benefits we offer + Medical, Dental, vision insurance + Paid Time Off (13 days per year) + Paid Holidays (8 days per year) + Overtime pay after 8 hours daily + Company paid PPE, boots and safety gear + 401K w/ company match + Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance + Life Insurance + Travel expenses paid by HK (Per Diem nightly) Training we provide + OSHA + Confined Space Entry + CDL (Commercial Driver License) assistance Job Functions + Laborers travel to customer locations to perform manual labor using a variety of powerful industrial equipment including vacuum equipment and pipeline video inspection equipment + Laborers work in diverse environments including confined spaces, sewers, pits, storage tanks and ducts + Laborers establish and maintain a safe work site by following standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group + Laborers assure equipment, appropriate tools, personal protective equipment and materials are available and used in accordance with standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group Requirements + At least 18 years old + Valid US Driver's License + Good driving record (must be able to maintain insurability with HK insurance carrier) + Must be able to pass pre-hire background check, drug screen and physical + CDL (Commercial Driver License) is preferred, but not required Physical Requirements + Working both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions + Regularly exposed to industrial environments involving equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials and odors + Lift/move up to 75 pounds frequently, frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and gripping HK Solutions Group is an equal opportunity employer.
