The City of Weatherfords Transportation and Public Works Department is looking to hire a Maintenance Worker I to assist the Streets Division.
This position will aid in the repair, construction and maintenance of the City's streets and surface drainage system.

Roles and Responsibilities include: - Shoveling asphalt, hot mix or operating various equipment such as a jack hammer. - Creating, repairing, painting or installing a variety of street signs and barricades. - Direct and control traffic while performing construction duties in high traffic areas. ### Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Two years' experience performing maintenance, construction or repair duties on streets and or roadways.
Must have a valid Class C or Class A Texas CDL license.
