Job Details:
This position is responsible for all phases of mechanical duties from tire changing to engine repair while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Applicants will be considered for any mechanic start type opening on any shift, such as day, evening, or night shift as well as overtime and weekends if required.
Must accept work in a cold or warm environment. Some duties require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 70+ lbs. Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching and pulling. Three years of mechanical or maintenance experience or an equivalent technical certificate in the mechanical field from an accredited school is preferred.
One year of electrical/electronic experience or an equivalent technical certificate in the electrical/electronic field from an accredited school is required.
CDL preferred.
