Job Summary:
Operating trucks to transport materials to and from specified destinations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-- + Perform daily pre-operational inspection of assigned vehicles and fill out necessary log/check sheets. + Maintain proper fluid levels (fuel, lubricants, grease, oil, coolant) for operation of equipment. + Operate trucks in a safe manner in compliance with laws and company PPE requirements. + Operate trucks to transport materials (ash & metals) to the landfill area or other locale as designated. + Assure that trucks are properly loaded and secured to prevent spillage, cleaned, and tarped prior to exiting the ash management building. + Complete all necessary trip tickets, log sheets, and daily reports.

Qualifications: --
CDL's Preferred. Must have 3+ years in using heavy machinery to transport materials.
Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:
+ Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign + May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds + Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above + Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas + Must have full range of motion consistent with age + Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders + Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises + Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces + Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
