Position: Shuttle driver FLSA Status: Non- Exempt Reports to: Base Operations Director Season: Summer 2025 (July-August) Department: Base Operations Position Purpose: Shuttle drivers operate the shuttle to transport employees and participants around campus and report any vehicle issues in the appropriate logbook.

Qualifications: + Must be 21 years of age or older.
+ Current CDL with a P and S endorsement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Must be punctual, reliable, able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Responsibilities: + Operate a 12 passenger Sprinter in a safe manner to transport employees and guests around the center property as well as offsite parking areas, airports, and occasional remote destinations.
+ Responsible for keeping accurate vehicle logs and reporting vehicle issues such as fuel and repair needs.
+ Ability to effectively communicate with guest relations personnel and base station.
+ Must provide excellent customer service and interact in a courteous manner with employees and guests.
Work Environment & Physical Demands: + Sitting for long periods of time.
+ Ability to function effectively in extreme weather conditions and in other inclement weather conditions.
+ Must be able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
+ Willingness to work in a camp setting and work irregular hours delivering program in the facility available.
