Shift:
This is a full time position working Monday-Friday .
Shift times are between 11:00AM-7:00PM until finished.
Shift times may vary.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
Position Details:
+ Hauling Coffee, Beverages, and Packaging + Regional routes with assigned tractors, that ensure you are
home daily
+ Round Trip Pre-loaded trailers-drop and hook (non-touch) freight
Position Responsibilities:
+
Engage
and
communicate
with your fellow team members + Demonstrate
pride
in all that you do + Complete all duties and assignments in a
safe
and
efficient
manner + Perform effective pre and post trip inspections + Follow all FMCSA and DOT state and federal requirements + Maintain an acceptable CSA safety score (BASIC > 65%, driver fitness >80%) + Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy + Ongoing training for professional and personal development + Attend regular driver meetings every month
Total Rewards:
+ Pay starting at
$31.99 per hour.
The employee will move to a higher rate of
$33.65 per hour
in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary. + Benefits, subject to eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or general equivalency diploma + 3 years of OTR driving experience + 21 years of age or older + Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License + Tanker Endorsement + Lift, push, pull 50 lbs.
