Job Description Pay Rate: $23.50 or $26.00 perhour depending on Class A license witha shift premium of $1.00 for hours worked from 7:00 PM and 11:59PM and $2.00 for hours worked from 12:00AM and 5:00AM. Essential Job Functions Spot trailers to and from dock doors. Maintain fuel levels in trailers at or above mark. Fill out trailer inventories, monitor refer temps., keep yard clean and organized, and other duties as assigned by management. Professional Communication with other drivers and 3rd party haulers Working outside in all weather conditions Ability to move B-train trailers and various tankers Verify trailers are sealed in the yard and inspected prior to drop. Qualifications Must be proficient in operating diesel tractors with trailers of varied lengths. Must be knowledgeable about scale weights on DOT roadways. Must have organizational skills, ability to receive multiple calls and prioritize trailers efficiently. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Must pass DOT physical (if a CDL holder) Must have valid CDL and Medical Card OR State issued driver license w/o CDL Must be self motivated individual and work in a safe manner. Must be able to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background. Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
