About Marco Transport, Inc.
Marco Rentals Inc. is a lowbed service with over 25 years experience hauling heavy equipment throughout the Southern California area. Based out of Santa Ana with remote yards we have the ability to service all of California, Nevada and Arizona. With our self-steering 9 axles we can haul loads up to 175,000 Lbs, and deck extensions for super loads. Our Murray 7 axle trailers and 5 axle trailers can easily be loaded over the back for tight areas. With our winch trailers we can self load tampers, discs and even sea-land/parts containers. We are also proud participants in the California Trucking Association as well as the Southern California Contractors Association. Marco Rentals is based in Santa Ana, with Satellite Yards in Riverside, Corona, and Nuevo. Marco Rentals Inc. was started in 1984 as rental resource company. Our main target was Military contracts, specifically renting equipment at Fort Irwin in the California desert. Bob McVay was the General Manager and primary shareholder in the Company. This operation was very successful. In 1992 Marco Rentals purchased B.K. Gurley Transportation from receivership and we became Marco Rentals Inc, "a Lowbed Service". In 1992 with 5 worn out trucks and some odd ball lowbed trailers to match. Today Marco Rentals boasts 19 late model Peterbilt Tractors, 13 Murray 5-Axle Trailers, 2 Murray 7-Axle Trailer, 2 Murray Jeep/Dolly configurations, and 4 Murray 9-Axle Trailer - 3 of these are Murray Magnum self-steering trailer with interchangeable beam and deck extensions. We compliment these Lowbeds with 4 Landoll winch trailers and 4 flatbed/stretch trailers. We are an asset based company with twenty-four trucks, (5) 9axle, (3) 7axle, (15) 5axle trailers, (3) Landoll/wench trailers, (4) flatbed trailers based out of the greater Los Angeles area. We have two locations one in Santa Ana the other in Riverside. We haul construction equipment, heavy haul, oversized loads/specialized transport. All drivers have TWIC cards and trucks are clean-air compliant.
