Calhoun Truck Lines is a family owned intermodal trucking company servicing the Midwest since 1998. Calhoun Truck Lines offers local and regional intermodal transport in the midwest with terminals in Minneapolis, Chicago, Omaha, Detroit and now Indianapolis markets. Calhoun Truck Lines has four trucking operations (Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis, Omaha) throughout the Midwest. Each operation is fully equipped to handle your intermodal trucking needs. We are dedicated to delivering a level of service that consistently meets our customers’ expectations. Our responsibility continues with providing a professional working environment for our employees and maintaining a safety conscious truck fleet to share the roads with fellow motorists. Calhoun Truck Lines business begins and ends with maintaining the highest level of safety. It is the responsibility of our safety department to make sure we maintain this level of safety for each truck we put on the road. We work directly with drivers to ensure DOT compliance and support our field operations to enhance working relationships with our truck fleet. Much of the equipment we haul is shared amongst multiple trucking companies which creates challenges in maintaining good order equipment. We have added a number of programs to combat this problem and assist drivers with preserving their equipment. It is our hope that all of these efforts will help improve our company’s safety rating and reduce the long-term financial challenges of those who drive with Calhoun Trucking.
