First Responders Moving was founded in 2011 by John Henderson. While working for a moving company John knew he could provide a unique service to meet peoples needs. John took to the drawing board with his wife and started brain storming the idea of a company that hires people you trust everyday to protect you and your property. When they started looking at similar business models they saw a need for the people of San Antonio to have a moving company they could count on. He learned a lot about the business by researching. After a few short months First Responders Moving & Delivery LLC came to life, John knew that he was ready to open his own moving company. John created an effective system of employing off duty first res-ponders, that guarantees customer satisfaction by providing a service with integrity at the forefront.
First Responders Moving is a USDOT (2133539)and TXDMV No. (006568033C) licensed commercial motor carrier, as well they carry full coverage insurance with cargo insurance to be sure your property is fully covered. On top of all of that they have a general liability policy and bonded via surety/dishonest bond. They currently hold a A- rating with the Better Business Bureau.
John Henderson went to school here in San Antonio at Mac Arthur High School, studied Fire Science at San Antonio College and is now employed with Terrell Hills Fire Department. He currently resides with his wife in San Antonio. We specialize in residential and commercial relocation, including full service packing.
